Welcome!! I am very excited for this year! Your child will have a very unique learning experience this year. I am so lucky to be able to team teach with Mrs. Grete Walter. We have one big classroom in which all of my students and her students share. Your child gets the experience of having many different children in their class to work with and are able to learn from both of the teachers. We do many things as a whole group, but this arrangement also allows us to meet with a greater number of small groups to meet individual learning needs. Their is no my class, her class, but OUR class.
I have lived in Faribault for the past 15 years, and been teaching at Lincoln for the past 4 years. Before teaching here, I was a district Teacher on Special Assignment for English as a Second Language for 2 years. I also taught in the Apple Valley-Eagan-Rosemount district for 9 years.
I am married and have twin boys who are 10 years old. I love going to my cabin, reading, and bowling. I am also a member of the Mpls. Women's Bowling Hall of Fame.
