I am a special education teacher at Faribault High School. This year is my Seventh year in the district. I have taught at Lincoln Elementary as well as the High School.
I grew up in St. Cloud Minnesota where I attended St. Cloud public school district. I graduated from Tech High School in 1986, and started St. Cloud State University shortly afterward. While going to college I worked in as a paraprofessional in a special education room at Apollo High School in St. Cloud. I really enjoyed that experience, and that was one of the reasons that I decided to become a special education teacher.
When I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with my son Seth who is eight years old. We enjoy biking, playing catch, and going to the River Bend Nature Center.
I feel very lucky to be able to teach in Faribault, and spend time in this wonderful community.
